On Saturday 26th April the Association will be doing a special ANZAC presentation prior to the SEABL men’s game. The night is sponsored by Carina Leagues Club.
All juniors and coaching staff are asked to attend that night wearing their black Spartans shirt. We also encourage as many members of the community as possible to be in attendance.
This is to become an annual event and something that we feel is important to our young members in recognition of our history and the role that ANZAC day plays in our community.
The doors will open at 5:30pm for the game when the Arrow Caravan & Towbar Spartans play South Australian powerhouse the Mt Gambier Pioneers.
We ask that everyone be seated by 6:30pm when the promotion will start.
This night is not just about basketball but a huge thank you to those that went before in great sacrifice for our country.
Please talk about this to as many people as possible so all of our community becomes involved.
