Disapointing effort on our behalf, but still managed to hold it to 10 points in the end.

You pushed a player after a whistle. Yes, only you did that. Yes you tried to act tough. Yes even your own team and both referees said you were a dickhead. I know you'll blow up at that and may not know the difference, but that's not saying you are a dickhead.

Dave tackling Dusan after he pushed him to the ground... yes well I didn't see the incident because DJ and I were having a cuddle on the baseline, but I did see Dusan's push and it was uncalled for on good defence.
And I'm pretty sure Aaron got called a dirty little... in good humour by Greg. If it was someone else I didn't hear it.
And JT and I have great chats through every game, it's only the ones on whistle which people pay attention to and ones I'm sure you're refering too. And I've discussed with JT about our games and it surely isn't because of me.

Elbow i can imagine was accidental, bit we had you trapped (3 of us i think) in the backcourt, and i caught a swinging elbow in the throat... unfortunatley got a foul for it too.
Gilboys thing didnt seem like good humour to me... but i guess thats a matter of opinion, seemed serious to me.
As for me acting like a dickhead, i gave as much as i received... i didnt push unwarrented... and what team mates of mine thought i was a dickhead? that one went over me. (I'll admit, it was a dickhead thing to do, but i wasnt the only party there, so dont single me out like it was all my fault...)
As for Dave and Dus, i hardly call riding a players hip right up court good defence? if Dus wants to go a way, and thats inhibetted by a player riding, thats a foul, thats why what happened was allowed. To get up and pretty much tackle a guy mid air is dirty. So 1, not good D played all through that sequence, followed by a dirty act...

if the foul had of been called early it all would have been avoided. yeah i was riding him up the floor. but then there was a pretty decent forearm to knock me off him.
Personally i dont think tackle is the correct word. the contact was heavy and may not of been entirely at the ball. the referee made the correct call and we all moved on.

This is pretty heavy chat for a Tuesday. As a participant in the violent street-brawl in the keyway I would have to say that i had quite a pleasant time despite all the angst out there on court. There was one particularly dirty player out there on the court who went around tunnelling people when they were doing jump shots but i wasn't allowed to fight him as well because he's on my team.
I think it's good that Team Dunk 1 and 2 have a healthy rivalry, ideally it would be good to see an all-dunk final given that we've all helped it expand from 1 to 3 teams over the last few seasons. However, i think it's a bit silly that we are struggling go get along off the court given that all 3 teams are filled with good blokes.
P.S. I'm pretty sure nobody will be game to call me names anymore after they witnessed my awesome fighting moves.
And how boring would the forum be if we all agreed. :D
While I'm sure there are plenty of people at basketball that don't like me, or how I behave on the court ,I have no problem with anyone I play against and I'm sure if they really knew me they wouldn't either.

Thanks boys! That was number 2, but the first one on the tv. It was a strange experience with the cameras everywhere and having to hold the game at various points for the abc, but it was pretty good. My first game was Townsville vs Perth in Townsville. I don't have another one on this roster but i'll hopefully get another on the next roster.
