Great new look B3N and no doubt some new features that only the moderators etc know about, but for the grass roots, "How does it work mate?"

There is an icon in the lower right hand corner of each post with a picture of a notepad and "QUOTE" on it, clicking on this will insert the adjacent post into your response

I'm more interested how you were able to create a post as a guest... That should've been disabled

they didn't.

that was posted in another thread, so i moved it to the right section as a new topic and responded to it.

Ok Guys pressed the quote button however the quote isnt separated from my reply....is it?
How do I get it to be a separate section of my reply?

Sorry guys appears it did work!
Now, if I register can you make me a cool avatar and give me a name like you guys have or do I need to advise a name myself?

You get the honor of making yourself your own funky name and searching the interweb to find an avatar - There's heaps out there.. gogo google!

I think the non-registered guests should not be allowed to post and reply to threads. Some people are abusing this and writing a lot of rubbish.

I can appreciate your position on this and be assured that it's something we do talk over from time to time. That said, anonymous/guest posting has long been a BenDoes feature and there's no plans at this stage to make any changes.

OK, good to know. Because on most other forums, guests are not allowed to post.
