Interesting gamer news for 360/PS3 owners.

For this platform, NBA Jam is going to be packaged with NBA Elite 11 (ie NBA Live).

2K11 has hit stores. Given it about an hour's play and it's pretty good. I'm an old school fan, so being able to use old Sonics/Bulls/Jazz teams etc is sweet.

Haven't had much time to bang out many hours, but a few more thoughts on 2K11:

- presentation/graphics etc is the best yet by any hoops game

- unless you have a great memory, good luck remembering all the moves needed to be successful at a decent user level

- fastbreaks are as rare as rocking horse shite, and unless you're passing a short distance to another player, it's gonna get picked off
