only one arguement to those line up ray allen in for kidd in the east even tho jk is throwing triples allen and kg combining well and winning but with paul perice and kidd on the bench that makes a very deep line up

unfortunately, as always the millions of chinese people on this earth will vote Yao Ming in the starting position (and although he is good) he doesnt suit the style of the way an all star game should be played....and another blow is Yi Jilian will most likely be a write in as well since he is not on the ballot and will probably start over garnett ,....so yeah.....sweet

Why are you guys all putting in Arenas? and Wade? sure they will probably be performing by All Star break, but right now on current form? Wade has played 2 games, and is still getting rust off, and Arenas's knee is bothering him, and he hasnt come close to the production he could... why vote on what has been... if thats the case, why not vote shaq in, as he was once clearly better then dwight is now?

mate i dont think you have a right to tell anyone how to vote or who to vote for.....i do agree with you in what points you have made, but its the same on any voting system, people will vote for who they like the best, otherwise it will too obvious who will be playing.....

So what your saying is the ALL STAR ballet, isnt actually an ALL STAR Team, its a popularity contest, atleast the starting 5's...

Why bother voting for West's starting centre... You have to ask yourself, would Yoa Ming actually make the team on ability alone? i am not sure, with a strong West... Stoudemire, Duncan, Gasol, Camby... so an actual all star will miss out because of this popularity contest... usually they get it fairly right, but its a joke, it should all just be determined by the NBA coaches...

wat about nash he is playing awesome . based on form amare should be there instead of yao or even for boozer .

I think Parker has been better than Nash so far. Better scoring while still getting assists. Amare has had a few dud games for me to put him in. Boozer is cash, so consistent. I think I would take Johnson and Redd out now based on recent form. Would make Wade and Billups my East guards instead. Would like to put Josh Smith in but can't take KG or LeBron out.

Latest count on the votes for the all star game has Eric Dampier sitting in fourth place for West centers, and not far off third?! He is in front of people like Gasol, Okur, Chandler, Aldridge, Kaman and Biedrins! Hasn't he sat out majority of the season so far? I don't see how anyone could vote for him when he's healthy anyway. Is Dampier Chinese by any chance?
